When I was looking to sell and buy, I reached out to friends to recommend realtors. Of all the realtors that were given my information to get in touch with me about working together, Chris was the only one to do so, and there was no pressure from him in his initial email to work with him. Once we decided to use him, there was never any time that I felt he was asking us to do anything we didn't want to (ie. making improvements to our place prior to selling to get more money, etc). He 100% let us be in charge of the process, just giving us his expert opinion along the way. Our house sold in two days and we were left with a pretty short time frame to find a house to move into. Even when a few offers we made didn't pan out, and I felt discouraged, he always promised to make sure we had a place to go. We had a deal fall through that we thought would be the house for us and when I let a little bit of my crazy out, he stayed cool and the same day managed to get us a showing on a house I found within a couple hours of me asking if we could see it. That house is the house we ended up buying and I love it so much and I could never thank Chris enough for helping me end up with the house I dreamed I would have someday. He was always available whenever we had questions or needed things done which prompted me to ask if he ever had a day off ( I am not sure he actually does). I highly recommend Chris. He is a bad ass realtor.
