This month I'm going right to the source and talking to Anne Marie Lurie, the Chief Economist at CREB, to gain insight on how the current economic state is affecting the residential resale market in Calgary. We also discuss the rental towers currently being built, the federal election, and how that may be a black swan. We finish off by looking into our crystal ball and forecast the residential housing market performance for 2020.
