Calgary Residential Sales Performance
Our market continues to move in a positive direction. Yes it appears we are moving into a balanced market, which is a good thing. New Construction and increased inventory levels are moving the needle. We are seeing our days on market continue to shift upwards from 20 days on market in the spring to over 26 days and 27 Days for detached homes. Note the Benchmark Price for all styles is $600,000, with the single family benchmark on single family being $760,000
