Busy real estate team leader needs an organized, detail-oriented assistant:
Could you be the great full-time assistant I'm seeking to handle the administrative details of my growing real estate business?
What does the job entail?
hours a week, in person, 9-5 or 8:30-4:30
· Processing of new listings
· Adding prospects to our database
· Day to day administration of contract management system
· Administrative handling of incoming offers
· Administrative management of transactions
Who are we looking for? First and foremost, someone who is superb at handling details. A loyal, hardworking, behind the scenes, type of person who always follows through and never misses a deadline, so productive that your last employer considered hiring two people to replace you. A strong typist with knowledge of word, publisher, PowerPoint and CRM programs. Must be someone who is comfortable in a small business environment where priorities can quickly change and who is comfortable speaking to clients and prospects on the phone.
